"Honestly ridiculous return policy. As a new customer, I came in 8 days after making a purchase instead of 7 days because I hadn’t read the fine print of my email receipt and they would not let me exchange or get store credit (even though I still had the tags on and it was clearly not worn yet). They told me that I should consider just “giving it as a gift” instead. This was not a cheap sweater, so I especially would have appreciated a little leniency as a new customer and was only 1 day late. I was disappointed because they were super helpful/nice when I first made my purchase."
"The employees at both locations I've been to are soo nice and helpful! Isalis has great sales, a range of cool brands and styles, and signing up for emails is absolutely worth it!"
"The clothes are poor quality (cheap mass-made pattern cuts) but are overpriced (>$200 items). You can find the same brands at different stores for less than half the price. And, their return policy is the worst I’ve experienced - no returns after their small 7 day window. There is no flexibility. I brought an unused item back with tags at day 10 and was shut down by two of the stores. Now I own an overpriced pair of pants that are made so poorly I can’t even wear them. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere."
"I liked a piece of clothing and wanted to buy and wear the next day but the people in the store were not able to steam it properly so it would be in a wearable condition. Very disappointing."
