"I went in to exchange some sunglasses I had purchased at Chanel WYNN- Las Vegas. When I walked in, the SA that assisted me was not welcoming at all. I told her I was looking for some square shape sunglasses. She opened up the cabinet drawer and had me bent down looking through the styles. When it came to processing the exchange, she told me both “ Managers” said they wouldn’t be able to exchange because the box was missing a sticker label on the bottom. MINE NEVER CAME WITH A STICKER LABEL. She said I would have to get in contact with the SA in Las Vegas. I was so upset. I ended up going to Beverly Hills location and they processed my exchange with no issue. I will never shop at the South Coast location again. I wish I could remember the SA’s name. Workers like her don’t make the shopping experience at Chanel enjoyable AT all."
"Had an amazing time with Austin. He went above and beyond compared to any other SA at other locations I've been to and even other luxury brands. He asked what I had in mind and went with it and pulled all kinds of styles. Same thing for shoes. This location had a great selection. Austin is also super responsive and I was able to set up an appointment therefore I didn't have to wait. Next time I'm in town I will definitely be back with him. Next time you're here please request him!"
"Yesterday was my first time visiting this Chanel boutique because I usually go to the stores closer to LA but my experience here was incredible with the help of Kary! She was so helpful and kind throughout the entire time and I felt so fortunate to be paired with her. I bought a couple of things and the overall shopping experience was immaculate. "The SA we got I will never forget the feeling I had walking out. It was such a great first experience shopping at this boutique in person. Even though there were massive queue lines that outlived any of the queue numbers, we lucked out and got an SA who was super attentive and patient. She pulled much of the inventory out just to try understand what I liked. The SA we got was super helpful and informative. And made personal recommendations for aftercare that we really appreciated."
"I’ve read so many mixed reviews prior to coming here but decided to take a chance anyway since it was the closest boutique in Orange County. Came here when the covid restrictions were lifted but given the intimate experience they still required all guests to wait in line and to wear masks. Despite coming on a Monday afternoon, the wait was around 20 minutes which is allegedly not a long time. Upon finally entering, one of the sales associates escorted us to the wall with sunglasses. She did try to offer her opinion but completely missed the mark whenever I kept saying that the purchase was not for me but for my mother and that she preferred a minimalistic look. I understand that the namesake is what drives people into this boutique but I would argue that it’s just as important to understand your client’s needs in order to maximize sales. We barely spoke to our SA and even throughout the entire transaction we never even knew her name until we looked at the receipt after we paid. I would have loved a better guest interaction experience and it would have been great to have built a rapport with our SA as I did have an intention to return for the boy bag at some point in the year. Given my experience, I’m certain that I will still remain a client but will likely make my purchases in Las Vegas where the atmosphere is completely different and the SAs make your business feel valued."
