"Associate #154666 helped me in store today and it’s so obvious theyre commission based. I picked up a jacket to look at it and within five seconds, there was an associate asking me if she could take it to the fitting room. When I said no, she said she’ll take it to the register for me. WHAT?? I’ve literally had it in my hands for five seconds to look at it lol. So eventually I go to the fitting room and in the two minutes I’m there, I’m bothered twice with “whats your name again” and “how is the size” like please… chill…. when I walked out, the items were immediately taken from me and to the register where the associate put her name tag on my items to claim them for her commission. Once her name was put on my items, she was never to be seen again… Aritzia!!! Work on your customer service!!!"

"My experience with ARITZIA is amazing! All the stylists who assisted me were so nice. The tall, skinny Asian?Hispanic? stylist with big eyes and dark, straight, long hair—Sophia, I think (don’t remember her name)—helped me out on 1/23/24, and she’s so nice! Also, the Asian stylist with pink bow hair tie helped with my returns on 1/30/24, and she’s really nice! I got a black blazer, and I really like it."

"One word sums up my recent experiences in this location and that word is TERRIBLE. I'm not sure if the employees think they are giving off some kind of "cool girl" aesthetic, but instead it's giving "we don't care about our customers". The customer service is abysmal. It hasn't always been this way, in fact, I loved this location years ago but recently it had gone way down hill. I'm hoping someone from corporate takes a look at these reviews and comes in to give their employees some kind of training in customer service. I still like and appreciate the merchandise from this brand but im staying far away from the bad vibes of this location."

"I wanted to return a perfectly new, unworn shirt. I just so happened to remove the tags after thinking I was going to wear it, but ended up changing my mind. I didn’t have it a week and they said I couldn’t return it ONLY because I removed the tags. I called for an accommodation and once approved, I went back inside and now they wanted to say it had “stains.” A waste of my time. I’ve returned items from Aritzia before, but this was ridiculous. These employees will flock around you until you buy something and will make up anything just so you can’t return it. Don’t shop at this Aritzia."

"All of the reviews about terrible customer service are right. I shop at Artizia in LA all the time and I'm always greeted warmly by helpful staff. Yesterday I went into the oc location and was met with rude stares from the employees. I needed to exchange a pair of jeans. The women working were not very helpful and I had to ask a lot of questions just to figure out how to do a simple exchange. One of the employees who was helping with the exchange made an incredibly inappropriate comment about my weight and the woman working next to her chimed in to agree. At one point I also needed a fitting room and was not acknowledged by anyone. It felt like I was in a weird dystopian full of mean/catty girls who never matured after high school. Avoid this location if possible."
