"The rollup doors are not operational. The barcode on the app to enter does not work. Even though they have business hours no one is available on-site, I was told I need to make an appointment. Even for something as simple as returning and getting reimbursed for a lock, I needed to make an appointment. If you work a 9-5 and are looking for convenience while moving, I don’t recommend. The staff seem to want to help, but unfortunately the intent for convenient hassle free storage doesn’t match reality."

"Nick was SUPER helpful and friendly. He answered all of our questions, showed us how to download the app, gave us a tour of the facility and the unit itself, explained the insurance policy, and more, all with gusto. Honestly was a surprisingly refreshing experience. Feeling at ease knowing that my stuff will be safe there and that the staff onsite is kind and helpful. Also the facilities are very clean and seem super safe and secure. Would recommend"
