"Cabins very basic Reason to stay is ambiance on creek ..no wifi tvs etc. A little outdated musty as cabins sit under trees. Nice fireplace inside..n outside too with decks. Pricey for one nite..ouch!"
"Right on the Big Sur river, Ripplewood is great stay for adventurers and romantics alike. Traditional cabins with loads of character. Firepits/bbq's next to the Big Sur River. If you're a fan of Jack Kerouac, you'll get the romance of it all."

They kept the coffee coming which was really nice. If ever we are in the area again, would definitely make a return visit to the cafe!"
"Had a great little time at Ripplewood this past weekend. The cabin was as described and was an easy walk down the hill to the creek. Comfortable and quiet even with being close to the hwy. There were no issues for us or our kids, and we would love to come back again. Pictures on the site do it justice, and the little shop they have had all the necessities in case you forget anything."
