"It is 6:03 and I’ve yet to see my lash lift technician Julie for my appointment made at 5:30. I usually get great customer service here which is why I love coming here, they take care of you. However, today’s more than 30 minute wait time for a lift and tint is so unnecessary, I understand if something came up, other technician’s would text and let me know they were running late or even their coworkers would inform me. Today is so disappointing, what a shame because I love their other business too, tip 2 toe nails. I'll update of any changes. I'm also going to inquire of my $20 deposit if the tech is late to their own appointment. Update: Julie called me to reschedule (plus is giving a discount because she was unaware of the appointment), I have the appointment tomorrow and will update the rating adequately. Thanks!"

"This is going to be a very long review. Very disappointed. I have been coming to this place for the last 3 years, and I had always received good service but today was a big disappointment. It's my first time making my appointment with ASHLEY. I'll start with the fact that she changed my appointment time on 2 occasions. She asked me to arrive at 11:10 am and then at 11:00 am. I arrived at 10:57 am. The previous client was still there when I arrived, after all she took care of me until 11:15 am. When I entered at the room I could see that she had not cleaned materials from the previous client, she asked me to lie down in the same bed where the previous client had been treated without even having changed the protective paper. When I got closer I saw it dirty, and I asked her if it was dirty, and that's where the problem began... She change it but she was beyond UPSET AND VENGEFUL! I must say that I have to thank God that I still have a head over my shoulders. Never an eyelash artist had ever moved my head so rudely and so many times. She didn't even use her palm to move my head, she moved it with her FIST! I was totally uncomfortable throughout the appointment. But what I can't stand is the lack of professionalism she showed me. She apparently didn't care how much glue she let get in my eye, and she burned me all the time. I didn't want to make any comments about it because I knew that she was already upset, but now I see that I should have stood up and left. My eyes are completely irritated and even 6 hours later my discomfort continues. I've never had anyone do this to me on any of my eyelash applications. And believe me, my eyes looks worst than pictures. I had to be treated for chemical burn on my conjuctiva of my eyes. NEVER AGAIN."
