"i’ve been coming here for a few months now. at first i loved it because i’d walk in and be taken immediately, without appointment and they’d do my nails well. the last couple times i’ve been here, i made an appointment and still walked in to Shelly helping out other clients and making me wait. I’ve become extremely annoyed and am considering going to a different salon. i’ve been waiting for 30mins when i was promised an appointment an hour ago to come back at 2:30."

"The WORST customer service. Me, my husband and my 10 year old daughter came to get two pedicures and a manicure for our daughter. We sat here and waited for a nail tech to become available for my daughters manicure for over 30 mins. When someone was available, they took a random walk-in before my daughter. They said it was only for ONE nail. 25 mins later and she's still working on that "one nail". At this point in time my pedicure is 100% finished and my husbands pedicure is 10 mins away from being completed. I kept asking the nail techs when they would be starting my child's nails because i wanted everyone to be finished at the same time. The nail lady in the photo was the one who was intentionally ignoring me and took the client in the photo over my daughter. I continued to ask for a time frame and was continuously ignored."
