"Lady didn't know how to do ny nails. I asked for the shape I walked in with, almond. Left with stiletto. Didn't allow proper curing time so I ended up with a rash in fingers from gel polish. I will bot be returing"

"I scheduled an appointment, they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about and had me wait 15mins. When I was seated, the pedicurist left me waiting for another 15mins in cold water. When she finally started helping me, she took an hour to remove cuticles and never put polish on my nails. She apparently didn't know how to do gel, which is why she was taking forever. Someone came over and redid everything, filing, cuticle removal, everything. They sloppily painted my nails and tried to rush me to get my acrylics next. However, after a while, I realized the original pedicurist wasn't using fresh nail tools. They were on a dirty paper towel in her cart. I watched the first pedicurist roll her cart out of the way (dirty tools and all), used the SAME gloves she was using on me to cash 2 people out, and then she went to get her cart (never left my eyesight) and started working on another customer.... She never cleaned the tools in between, and now I know for sure she never cleaned them before using them on me. I also watched her use a hairdryer from the customer salon to blow nail dust/ skin dust off of her shirt from the nail drill. So.. horrible hygiene, horrible experience, horrible service."

"This is my second time attempting to try this place First time back in Oct I went in to fix one nail that broke since I was flying out to Mexico the next day. Well 20mins in the didn't take me. So I left. Today a nail broke and I wanted to take them of and put new ones. Now I couldn't go to my regular place to I decided to give this place another chance. Now it's 620 there is only 3 people in the business. They tell me to sit. 30 mins past by and they didn't acknowledge me first of all to let me know how long it would be. And so i left. I think customer service goes along way"

"I love coming to this place bc I can have all of the services I need done as a "one stop shop". I get my hair colored, brows waxed, and my nails and pedicure done ...usually within 3 hours. Can't beat that anywhere! As a mom of small children, this is very helpful in terms of childcare. The nail techs are all pleasant and work fast. I'm on my 3rd year of coming here. I hope they never change on me. Thank you QQ Nails for the excellent service!"
