I understand that a business has a right to refuse service but to blame being busy when there is another customer waiting for the same service is not an excuse. Their exclusivity was apparent and appalling. I was not greeted nor felt welcomed. If you are not someone who looks like the owner or the workers, please caution yourself to visiting this establishment."
