"I really love our regular staff! They're always friendly, helpful, and kind! My interaction with Zoe today was anything but! She acted like she'd rather be getting a colonoscopy. She refused to peel the back off the priority sticker for me! She wouldn't check whether my box or priority mail would be less expensive, then refused to provide a piece of scotch tape to close an envelope (though she'd gladly sell me a roll). Unbelievable. And she's incredibly difficult to understand! Next time, I'll return when our regular staff is working. Ugh"
