"It's too bad I can not give it negative stars. Honestly, it cleaned no better than a rain storm. Windows still dirty after wash, all the bug splats still on front and top of car. I've been to many car washes because I can not wash my car where I live so car washes it is. I KNOW car washes. Most car washes would clean at least 80% of bug splats. I'm good with that but this car wash...5% at best. I was in the area and noticed that this place just opened up so I thought I'd give it a try. What a waste of $16. That was the price for the top package. Never again. Now I'm off to another car wash to get my car washed like I was hoping this place would have done. Hope your experience is better than mine. My suggestion, go somewhere else."
"Do not use this facility if you have chrome molding anywhere on your vehicle. The brushes tore off a chrome strip on my grill so I filed a claim. The claim was denied. I went back to look at the video they had and they said the piece of chrome was loose when I entered the wash. I did not see anything on the video that proved that the chrome strip was loose. I am sure the don't care that they have lost mine or my families business, 10 vehicles."
