"Confrontational mechanic unwilling to turn off the oil change reminder message after performing the service. The maintenance message continuously popped up every time I started the car. When I brought it back, the mechanic was in rage, blocked me from reentering my car, yelling he never forgets to clear the reminder. If a simple mistake on their part resulted in unnecessary confrontation and refusal to correct, I would not waste time or money taking my car in for bigger repairs."
