Primal Shine Detailing

"I hired Primal Shine Detailing for a deep clean of my vehicle. The owner was nice, but unfortunately I have to say I was disappointed with the quality of the work. The owner arrived an hour late from our agreed upon time, which was inconvenient but I tried to be understanding. When the work was done the vehicle looked good at first glance. However, after closer inspection I discovered some discrepancies. The most upsetting issue was paint from the hood that was missing. It looks to have been blown off from a pressure washer. Another issue was debris and dust throughout the vehicle, especially around the steering column. And another disappointing issue was that the trunk was not touched or vacuumed at all. I believed I paid a fair and generous price for the work. And I expected a better quality then I received. The owner did reach out and offer to go over the areas that were missed. Again the owner was nice, but with all those issues piled on top of one another, I unfortunately can not recommend work from this business."
