"Walmart is not supposed to be "top-tier". We all know this. But the fact that no one answers the phone after calling 10x in a week is ridiculous. Being understaffed is not the customer's fault either. We don't deserve to spend hundreds of dollars to get attitude for services we paid for."

"I had an 8 am appointment for an oil change. Car was not taken back until 9am. They informed me that they were out of synthetic motor oil and that if I wanted to my oil changed I would have to go inside, purchase the oil, and then bring it to them outside? What in the world? However once they got it back, they did finish it in only 30 minutes."

"The tires I ordered were never delivered to the store, and my scheduled 7am appointment was cancelled after I arrived at the store from 50 miles away. THEN After I called to reschedule appointment and speak to a manager..I was told told be called back...and that never happened... THEN I called 8 times and no-one picked up the line , but in the ninth call someone picked up the line and places me on hold but never came back to the line after placing me on hold for 29 minutes. THEN I received a call informing my tires had arrived as a scheduled appointment was confirmed THEN I called to confirm the appointment and they said they have no record of the tire delivery or my appointment BY FAR this is the worst customer experience I've ever received..this operating group at Walmart has zero accountability, treat their customers as trash...as I would give them a negative 50 in rating as a 1 is too much"

"I purchased tires from Walmart and scheduled an appointment to have them installed. I received an email reminding me of my appointment and then within the same hour an email telling me it was cancelled. I tried to call the store and they left me on hold for 10 minutes. I try to call again and all they are doing is answering “please hold” and not even giving me a chance to say anything before they click on me. I’m just trying to figure out my tire situation and if I’ll have to go elsewhere for installation. The employees are really just trying not to deal with people. I showed up at my appointment time the next day. I explained the situation and they told me it was cancelled because the tires I ordered hadn’t made it yet. That they would be delivered that day, and a woman offered to make me an appointment for 10:00 the next morning. I agreed. That night I received a reminder about my appointment. At 10:30 (30 min after my appointment was to start) I received an email saying my tires were cancelled. Thank God I had gone somewhere else the day prior. Walmart is a multi billion dollar corporation. I’ve run into way too many of the same type of issues with them. They want to pride themselves in being the best value, but is it worth it if they can’t actually get you the product and their employees don’t want to do their job? They need to get it together"
