"We love love loved our home away from home from Vancraft. It was well laid out. From the comfy built in bench to the memory foam bed...so comfortable & cozy to stay in during cold nights at times with severe rain & windy weather. Packed with everything we needed for a perfect 2 weeks in February to the Oregon coast. The van was so easy to drive & fit perfectly in a parking space! We especially appreciate Rick Vipperman the Service Manager at the San Diego location. He was so kind & patient with our many questions & concerns. He took the time to answer questions during our tour prior to making the reservation. We called him on the road when we were not able to find diesel #2 and he made us feel safe & never made us feel rushed. The service he provided was priceless, and that was the best part of the rental. Aydin Every the General Manger from Colorado, was also fantastic to deal with. He was very knowledgeable & helpful in answering our questions. These gentlemen really helped us have the best trip possible! We genuinely believe, they want their customers to have a fantastic trip! Highly recommend Vancraft for your next adventure!"
"This was my first time using a rental sprinter van. Wow! What a great experience. Van Craft delivered on all levels. The van was in terrific condition, very clean and had everything we needed for our camp trip. Rick was super helpful with orientation and made the experience even better. We did have one question as we set about and our call was answered on the first ring. We’re already planning on an Utah trip so we can camp again from a different location."
"Had a great 9 day trip in a mini van in the Sierra Nevada a couples weeks ago. With the price of gas, this was a perfect van to have. Small enough to maneuver and good on gas. The bed is very comfortable and all other amenities are just right for the price. Would definitely rent again from VanCraft. Very easy check-in and check-out process."
"Rented a VanCraft van for a 4-day trip to Joshua Tree NP. The experience from booking online, picking up, driving, camp oring and the return was easy, intuitive, and fun. The staff was helpful and ensured we were well-informed of the features of the van for a safe trip. The van had lots of storage and the supplies needed for cooking and sleeping. No mechanical issues encountered with the van. I would highly recommend VanCraft for your next road trip or camping adventure."
