"I have always had a good experience with Avis but this morning was the worst. You don't expect a business to be closed at 8.20am while they should be open from 8am. A note with "be back at 8.45am" is really bad customer service, especially without a Dropbox. And even more when you have to leave for work or catch a plane. I always liked the employees but the guy with the short black hair was the worst, sorry."
"I had such a great experience at Avis in Oceanside. Jacob and Javier were so easy to work with and I only spent a few minutes organizing the car and payments in the store after booking online. I loved my Nissan Altima, it got the best gas mileage and had so much room for my kids inside. My rental was also half the price of the rental the local Toyota dealership quoted me. Highly recommend!"
