"Truly awful service. Was told they couldn’t hear the problem in our tranny after test driving it around all over town, made us come to the shop to show them the issue. Charged us $150 for diagnostics. But when asked what they did to diagnose they refused to tell us. Took it to another tranny shop and had the MAJOR problems totally repaired in 4 days."

"First let me say I came to West Oside Automotive as a walk in around 9am, on a day where they seemed very busy. I was greeted by the very friendly staff and they agreed they could get me in for an oil change, coolant flush, and spark plug change. The tech estimated the job would take 2-3 hours pretty normal. 6 hours later I called in asking the status and was told the tech was on lunch and would get a call back when he was back. Another 30 minutes later the tech estimated it would take another hour and half. I probably would have done this service myself if I knew it was gonna take all day. I understand it can be tricky working in an extra vehicle into the rotation but over promising and under delivering was the issue here. To be fair the work seemed to be done with care, and they have a lot of master techs here that I imagine can fix any vehicle problem you have. It’s just that for the price I paid (higher than a lot of other shops locally) I expected more from this team for a few simple jobs. I would be happy to upgrade this review if I have another experience in the future, but I won’t be rushing to come back."
