"This park has such potential but the out of town manager's Mark and Giselle do not care about the park or doing there job. The park is based on favoritism, they will refuse to re-new your lease unless you don't work, are on crack, steal,or make a living prostitututing for rent. The bathrooms are filthy, the showers are clogged 100% of the time, the yard work is a mess and never mowed or weeded. Mark and Gissele refused to re-new our 6 month lease with the excuse being we didn't go by the park rules . The truth is we used water to wash daily bird poop from our vehicle caused by a tenant that feeds crows and all the wildlife dog food, chicken and tuna fish. I also stopped one of the tenants from beating up a senior citizen that deliverd food from a church for the needy. The manager "Mark" screemed at the top of his lungs calling me a lier to protect one of there favorite tenets when i tried explaining what happened. Two good tenants that mind there own business and the out of town managers have pushed them off into a corner spot with no room for parking. The old lady's that live at the park are super nosey. The park is a total mess ! Beware!"
"Good place to live. The managers are not out of towners, they are a family with outside jobs and kids to raise. The pics on here are of folks sharing their space with their neighbors during our 24 hrs move offs (twice a year according to city/County ordinances). We are not a trash community and yes, we do look out for each other as good neighbors do. The bad review is from people asked to leave for breaking clearly stated rules repeatedly. It's not a perfect place but it's good enough. The common bathroom issue was long ago resolved by a cleaning service being hired. Bad mouthing a place that served its purpose well enough is in poor taste, as is reporting people to Fish & Game for feeding birds and then blaming another resident for that as well as County Health Dept for neighbors sharing food, probably better not to live in community. Expecting perfection and being unable or unwilling to follow community standards, creating division and drama, then trash talking neighbors who were kind and accepting is just sad. If youre interested in community style living, get on the waiting list. It's a great location, fair rent and reasonable standards."
"This is NOT a Campground! The is a nonprofit church owned operation that is meant for housing providing leases for professionals/locals who live and work in the community. Located in a quiet neighborhood that’s bustling during weekend tourist season but quiet. All UNITS are supposed to be self contained and living occurs with in the space between the 2 pedestals. Many of the “residents” who have lived on the property for many many years work in the community as nurses, handymen, waitresses, teacher’s, or other professions and retirees. The management works with residents and helps when NEEDED but they are not camp hosts. This is not a campground therefore there are not any daily weekly monthly rentals. NO VACANCY applies the majority of the time."
"The title ‘campground’ should be omitted and does not apply to this site. This is a rental park, not a camp ground. The residents here are handyman librarians teachers nurses waitresses and other locals who live in the community and are long term residents."
"How does one make a reservation? I have called numerous times and left messages but no one returns the call nor the emails I have sent. I actually spoke with a lady who said her husband makes the reservations but he was off that day and he would return my call the next day, Tuesday, yet no contact. Very disappointing!!!"
