Priceless Rental LAX 5250 West Century Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90045

"The most poorly run rental car agency I've ever been to. I am sympathetic it's not the employees' fault -- but the line took more than an hour -- I was given a random slip of paper with a car number. I waited for another 45 minutes for a car to be 'washed' and brought to me while others in line after at least had keys. Have I mentioned NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS, WATER, or AC. Go somewhere else. I dread returning the car and haven't even received it, yet."

"Did the car rental using Priceline platform. They mention the shuttle service hours online which is ok but this company charge an extra $45 for returning the car before 6:00am (NO LATE NIGHT SERVICE AT ALL). That charge was never mentioned before. First and last time renting from this company. I dont like surprises. Also, the car had wrecks all around and it was not clean during its pick up. Highly not recommended."

"The car itself is fine, but the process it took to receive it, even with a reservation, was a disaster. While they did have my reservation on file, they had loaned out all their cars and were only offering me a large van. They told me to come back 4 hours later to switch for a sedan which I had requested. 4 hours later, I came back to receive a different minivan... Frustrated and already wasted 4 hours of my day, I just took it and left. Additionally, the insurance they try to force you to buy is a scam and you have to do a lot of work to not pay for it or else they don't loan you the car. Definitely would not return."

"The pros: • The car itself was great! It was very clean and comfy. • The driver with the nickname "shuttle singer" was very engaging and fun. • Face-to-face customer service itself was good. The cons: • Signage and wait time at the rental depot was not easy to understand. • Check in to pick up the vehicle took a bit because there was a lot of paperwork to fill out. I've not had to do with other vendors. • They are very meticulous with dents and scratches. I personally haven't had a car rental company do that for about 10 years, but maybe it's just the areas I've rented from. They have you take pictures and email them to an email address they provide. But then, the attendant on duty goes through the vehicle with you anyway, so it seems pointless. Overall, the experience was fine. I just don't think I'd rent from this particular company again. It's too time consuming."

"Priceless Rental gives away your car if you don’t get in time but they don’t give you an exact time in the first place. Some people arrived after because their website has a completely different address. Also, they charge people extra money & never give you a compensation if they don’t have any cars. Example: you pay for an SUV and want to give you a Sedan. Do yourself a favor and don’t rent here."
