"I came in trying to purcahse a promotional ítem i was going to be charge $15, when i ask the rep, that the ítem was 2 for $9.99 he like no that price is for wednesday, when i had already had seen the promo on the window since sunday! I decided to walk out and take anything! It also seems that the workers there dont even want to work there! Some seems lazy."
"The absolute worst service I've ever had from an AutoZone. Called in for snow chains (was advised they had in stock) once I arrived was told they didn't have them. After telling them I called and was told they did have was told magically they did have them in stock. Once at home, I tried them for size and did not fit. Went back to the store to be greeted by Geo. This employees DOES NOT want to work . Let him know the issue. Asked if they had another size or if he recommended anything to which his response is no to everything. No help, no checking to see if anything was in stock. I walked out of the store thinking wow this place does not feel like selling. Geo was horrendous, with an attitude, rude and and all around worst customer service received in my life. If you want to sell anything, I would suggest hiring people that want to work."
"I love this store. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I am not familiar with the car parts, they helped me all the way to find the right parts and then helped me to install without any questions. Great customer service, I wish all the stores have the same kind of service."
