"We booked the car through TURO and car AC system got totally fail while we were in far away from LA and in hot weather. No proper solution or repair response from the host. We survive without AC in car for almost 24 hrs. Host not ready to allowed us for repair. We reported to host with car next day and they try to repair but not possible. When we ask for replace car, host offered very old and high capacity car which one not suitable for our journey. They have many cars but purposefully offering old car to us. Even host not ready to talk with TURO representative. We spent some amount to buy refrigerant for temporary repair but that also refused to pay at end. So, host attitude was third class toward customer and think they don’t want any business in future. Finally at last they cancelled our booking and we spoil almost a day which was more valuable during our LA tour as we came to LA as tourist."

Was a great guy who was very patient and kind with us as first time renters through the Turo app. Everything was easy and even though we came 2 hours early to drop off the car, we were out pretty quick after doing the check out procedure on the app. If we come back, we will try to go through them again. And they were quick to take us to the airport."
