"These mf just opened and already giving Inglewood a bad name. I walked in to return universal touchup paint that I bought from the advance auto parts on Washington. I decided to call the one in Inglewood to see if they were open and someone notified me that they were closing in 15 minutes so I got here around 2:53 PM. I walked in and told the guy which I should’ve gotten his name. I didn’t see his name tag. I told him I wanted to return this such a pain he said give me a second and went to the back assuming to get permission to do the return he came back to me and said he’s not going to be able to do the transaction because they just opened and he won’t be able to sell it. I asked him if I could speak to the manager he didn’t notify me that he was a manager so I will be escalating this subject in matter because I was told that I was able to return this item but I’m going to take a while guess if I was another race, he probably would accepted it. Todays date is 12/3/23 Born but overall, the store did look good he just had poor Customer service"
