"Unable to do simple upgrade audio installation unless is older tech as the technician is not too knowledgeable on new stuff. He told me to stop by and when he saw my car he changed and told me that he was booked for days and I asked him that if he wasn't able to work on my car and didn't know just tell me. Of course he didn't want what to him seemed complicated so I went and decided to do it myself. Lesson learned."
