"First of all there are a lot of nice cars here, I booked a BMW 5 series and she upgraded me to a BMW 840 for the right amount of money plus. It was a great time, I even had a conversation with the police once but it worked out fine. The open top is hard to use in the heat, but in the evening and early morning it is very useful and cool. If you have a short visit to LA, the beach and a bmw 840 convertible is a great combination. This is my second time using Sixt after new york and it's a much different vibe than the Alamo. I guess it's up to you to decide where is cool. My rep at the LA airport Sixt is a really beautiful girl who has pretty voice, you should drive a car like this at least once in your life. I plan to drive it again on my next visit. Say hello to her, whose name I don't know."

"Easy to reach from Lax International to Sixt office via Shuttle bus( 5-10 min ring buses at peak times) very fast service and took 15 min to pick up our BMW X5 M (2024 model 1.300 miles) that rented for 3 weeks. We faced an engine light problem after a week. Sixt Customer service, with 10 min call, it was enough to switch a brand new X6 M as a switch! Absolutely perfect experience with both cars, staff was super helpful and friendly. Was very impressed despite no free upgrades :) after dropped the car, we had 6 luggages in the shuttle that driver helped us a lot (more than a taxi driver) to take our luggages out from Shuttle while full of people! thanks to all for this experience!"

"First time renting from here, had to wait a while for the shuttle and the first 2 were small and too full so ended up waiting over 20min while the other rental car places seemed to have a lot of shuttles...however a large shuttle finally came and was able to pick the rest of us up from Terminal 6. The driver was very polite and took the time to introduce himself and say if we needed anything let him know, which was really refreshing. He also took the time to take all the luggage off the racks for us. The interior of the rental office was bright in their colors and everyone was dressed very neatly and very professional looking. I was impressed with the warehouse setting and all the very nice and very clean cars available. Checkout was efficient and my car was a very nice BMW SUV. Prices were very reasonable and cheaper than some of the other places for the same and possibly nicer car. Would definitely recommend renting from them and would do so again."

"Great service and enthusiasm from Vanessa who sorted the booking and Erick who handled the car to us. Car we originally wanted wasn't available and we returned the next day to see if we could swap which they did without any hassle. Extras are offered and recommended but no pressure to take them like other rental companies. Car was clean and very reliable having served its purpose for over 1300 miles with no issues."
