"Do not come here or even buy a Tesla for that matter. No one answer the phone and apparently the technicians do not know what their doing. I purchased a brand new Tesla in October and started having issues with the screen blacking out. I made an appointment around 3 weeks ago and they sent me software that apparently fixed the problem so I canceled that appointment. The problem started happening again this week so I made another appointment and I brought it in yesterday for service. They told me they fixed the problem and it looked fixed. Last night I went to a Supercharger and as I was backing up the screen completely blacked out and I hit a pole damaging my bumper. I sent messages via the app and no one messaged back, I tried calling and no one responded. I got some guy in Utah that told me to just go in person. The customer service person Jordie who has been helping me has been great. The manager Erwin here is completely rude and told me basically they don’t know when they’ll get to see my car that they are really busy. I use my car for work and will be losing a lot of money. Why would the technicians say it was fine and let me drive off like that. I’m lucky that I wasn’t backing up at a place with people around me."
