"Oof. Enterprise has fallen hard. I reserved an Audi A6 in advance for a business trip, show up to get the car and it’s an A4 with 43k mile and it’s HAMMERED. Dirty, gas not full, car is covered in dents. I asked the rep why they’d try to give me something this beat and his response was “Covid”. Um… it’s August ‘24. That’s not an excuse anymore. I asked them to get me something else… no dice. So now I have to gas it and wash it. Too bad you can’t wash off the dents. Do better enterprise. WTH."

"I scheduled a pickup months in advance for 11 am and had to wait an hour for them to get cars to hand out. I was waiting with others in the exact same position — if I had to go to the airport I would have been screwed! Apparently there aren’t any useful managers at this location who care about running a decent operation. Scheduled appointments/reservations mean nothing here."

"I needed a van to take European guests to the airport with all their luggage, so I went to the Enterprise website and ordered one for the next day. It was a quick and effortless pickup with excellent service. After dropping them off at LAX, I returned the van and was very quickly given a ride to my car, which I had left in a nearby commuter parking lot. The young men and women working both days were extremely courteous and helpful. Their professionalism will certainly benefit them in their careers! Thank you, Enterprise!"
