"Been to over 10 shake shacks. Loyal customer. Management needs attention. Service and workers were great. Product was very unsatisfactory in taste, presentation and quality. The chicken shack wasn't made the same way that other locations prepare it. Lettuce appeared to be stale and non fresh. Product had too much salt compared with other franchise locations. I wanted to take a pic, but the end product looked so sad/bad, that I couldn't do it to your business. Work on product delivery/presentation, correct quantity as well, and correct amount of seasoning. Close the store to revise before you scare away new customers for life. Life time value is the goal."

"I walked into a nice large dining area. The menu is large enough to read, though rather high. The menu list is large with a plethora of choices. The staff is nice and seems happy to be working there. I got the "smoked shack" burger. The cherry peppers were new to me and they taste incredible. The cheese was melted on the patty, which also was large and nice to taste."

"Adrian’s service was amazing. Held the door open for us, walked me through the kiosk, helped me use my promo code, brought my food over, and came to clean up our trays while helping others. Amazing! This is not a knock on this location or the people that work here, but charging $5 for a hot dog is crazy y’all."

"Best burger chain around. I don’t go to in n out anymore because I don’t want my entire body and meal drenched in that pink orange sauce they put on everything. Plus, the milkshakes at shake shack are better. I vow to personally keep this place in business. How do I give them my routing and account number so they can just take out the cost of a smoke shack meal directly out of my checking account every 2 weeks?"
