I needed some help in how much I should order and getting details of what types are included but it's as if she didn't want me to order. She would cut me off when I would ask a question and felt like she didn't want to interact at all. I'm never giving them business here."

"This place has worst service I ever had. I called to check out what kind of rice cakes and flavors they had. She didn't want to tell me what kind of flavors they had or how many rice cakes are inside the gift package. I wanted to asked her details about the gift package but she was just so mad that I asked her questions about their products. I have no idea why they are so rude to their customer who is willing to purchase their products. So weird, awkward, and rude lady I ever spoken. Don't buy from this place."
