"This is our first time here. My brother recommended it. We were blown away with the excellent Food taste, Service and how quickly everything came out. Hubby and I both had breakfast and they did not disappoint. Portions are large, I took half of my food home. The restaurant was clean and their attention to detail was a pleasant surprise."
"I decided to give Sunrise Cafe, a mom-and-pop shop, a try before a flight from LGB. The atmosphere was a welcoming but also outdated, the service left something to be desired. With only two servers for the small space, it felt like only one was handling the workload at a time. Wait times were a bit slow, and service, unfortunately, lacked efficiency. While the busser diligently cleaned tables, the servers seemed overwhelmed, leading to extended wait times for some patrons. A few customers had to walk up for check out and others even left due to the prolonged wait for their orders to be taken. Despite the service hiccups, the food itself was surprisingly good, and the portions were generous. With a bit of attention to service, Sunrise Cafe has the potential to be a delightful dining spot. Overall, a mixed experience, but the tasty food is a redeeming factor."
"Sunrise has always had good tasting food as well as excellent service. The only complaint I have from my recent visit is not so much high prices is the quantity of what you receive from what you pay. A bowl of albondigas soup with 3 little balls of meat maybe 1.5 oz each or less for $8.99, it's disappointing"
"Amazing breakfast!!!!!!! If you are looking for good breakfast look no further. My family & I love their breakfast. My husband usually gets the eggs Benedict & I get the red chilaquiles. Their staff is great. Everyone is very nice every single time we come here. The manager is also very nice and I always see him treat the staff very nice."
