"Went through drive through, drink took an extended amount of time even though they weren't busy then when I sipped my drink on the road, it tasted like cleaning detergent. I'm going to the doctor now because my throat started burning after drinking about 1/8th of my drink."

"recently visited the Starbucks located in Lexington and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was inviting with cozy seating areas and ample natural light. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in.As for the beverages, the quality was consistent with what I expect from Starbucks. My favorite, the caramel macchiato, was expertly crafted with just the right balance of sweetness and espresso. Additionally, they offer a wide variety of options for those with dietary restrictions, including dairy-free milk alternatives and gluten-free snacks.One aspect that stood out to me was the cleanliness of the establishment. The tables were regularly wiped down, and the restroom was well-maintained throughout my visit, which added to the overall positive experience.However, the only downside was the occasional long wait during peak hours, which is somewhat expected at any popular coffee chain. Despite this, the efficient service helped mitigate any inconvenience.Overall, I would highly recommend the Starbucks in Lexington to anyone looking for a reliable spot to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee in a comfortable environment"

"No one is smiling so that’s a great start. Ask to pickup order front person he was rude directing me to go to the side area. Waited on my order 5-10m. I watched two people chatting it up while making drinks. I observed them make what I believed to be my drinks I’ve been waiting for put the drinks down and walk away. I knew that was my order so I asked about it and the lady was like “oh let me wrap that up” that took a little more time. Manager please fix this issue so there’s better efficiency and a more enjoyable customer experience."

"I am writing this review because I just had a horrible experience at about 9:50 this Sunday morning March the 26th. I'm not writing this to say that this story's bad because I've had pretty much awesome experiences here. I'm mainly writing this so that the people in charge we'll see it in regards to the person who was very rude and horrible right now. I do not know the person's name because they had no name tag but I do know they were a very large woman And not large meaning the lady who's very tall. I'm not saying this to be mean I am saying this because there is no other way I have to describe her. I'm a elementary school teacher so It's not like I look like a bad person But even if I did you should not be working behind the counter if you're going to be rude to people. Now i've been going to starbucks for a long time especially this one and I know the process I had just driven through the drive through because the parking lot was full I got my coffee and I drank it in the car with my dogs. I went back in for my refill and The rather large lady who was there was very rude after I had just amazing conversation with a great Couple that I had seen the last few times I came in there. The lady told me I could not have a refill and that I had not purchased any coffee at the store I pointed out the person who I purchased the copy from just moments earlier someone I know From frequenting the establishment I said of course I did you can ask her right there but she refused to go and ask the person she definitely could have used. The exercise but instead chose to exercise her right to be a mean. Unkind and rude person? I'm posting this in hopes that the managers can see this and do something about it. This person was very rude. I don't think i've ever seen them there before but maybe I have anyway this is unacceptable. I smiled Said thank you and went on about my business. I'm a teacher with 3 jobs and 8 kids so I definitely need a lot of coffee. I had one cup of coffee today and this was unacceptall. I asked for was a refill and that was not a very cool thing to do like. I said I smiled and said thank you and went on about my way. But I'm writing this hoping that the managers and people in charge see it. One she was super super super rude too. She told me I did not make the purchase there when I did and then she says well. I don't know where you've been at but you weren't here in front of other customers at that it was not cool it was worse than not. Cool as a matter of fact especially from a place that I come to often"
