"Finished working and rushed to McDonalds because I was very hungry. Arrived 10 min to closing and they refused me service. The manager there was condensending. Said, " Didn't care if I was hungry or not." Company policy. Very unempathetic and cold. No wonder this place is a 3 star review. It's the way they treat their customers. Manager was Darryl. When I asked his name for this review, he seemed proud that he didn't serve me. Smiled at me. He really bummed me out and he knew it We need restaurants that care for the community that supports them. Sad."
"My go-to is quarter pounder deluxe as I find that it’s usually the freshest burger you get at a McDonald’s. Not here. Meat wasn’t even heat lamp warm. Adding insult was large fries about half full. Not the first time this restaurant has disappointed. Avoid."
"I always get a coffee here before work for the past few years and they've always been helpful and kind. I always get my order fast. When I have the time to order food it's always prepared fresh and it's delicious."
"In the past my dine-in meals were either slow service or wrong service, but today it was NO Service! Several people were given their take-out deliveries at the counter behind the checkout, but Nobody Ever Came to help my friend and me place our orders. Even an Uber Eats driver was kept waiting 10 minutes; still, nobody ever came to the counter. My friend and I decided if the staff was going to waste their time and not get to the counter, we would not waste our time by staying. We both love McDonald's Filet 'O Fish sandwiches, but how can you enjoy a great product when staff never comes to let your order it?"
