"I recently had a frustrating experience with a Hispanic female employee who spoke absolutely no English at Rush bowl that left me thoroughly disappointed. I arrived at the shop 20 minutes before closing time to purchase two items, which totaled $28. After completing my purchase, I realized I wanted to add extra strawberries to my order. When I returned to the counter to request the topping, I was shocked by the employee’s response. Instead of helping me, the staff member laughed and said, "Haha, it's not my business," and proceeded to close the store earlier than their stated closing time of 10 PM it was 9:50. I found myself having to argue just to get a simple topping added to my order. It’s frustrating that a business wouldn’t be willing to accommodate a paying customer, especially when I was there well within their operating hours. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I’ll definitely think twice before returning. Customer service should be a priority, and unfortunately, that wasn't the case here."

"My rush bowl was OK but it was not worth the money and I use Uber eats. Let me make this clear. I did not go into the establishment, but regardless you are your own separate entity. My bowls came up to $43 for two I ordered the oasis in the Beach bowl and I didn’t even get a spoon or a napkin you guys have to do better. I ordered tropical smoothie açai bowl yesterday. It was smaller, but it was much better. The fruit was fresher And the ingredients just doesn’t taste plain like this. I’m questioning if it’s real açaí!!"

"The wellness smoothie was absolutely amazing. Most importantly the acts of service is above par and top notch. The guy catered for absolutely what it was needed for and gave great suggestions. Something I felt great about was; he was very open if I liked it or not. And when I asked if he could make it sweeter he added little bit of pineapple and instead of throwing away the extra or charging me for another drink, he just gave me almost 2 drinks. I really appreciate such acts of kindness ❣️"

"I frequent this establishment often. While I have only had their smoothie bowls, I have not been disappointed. Each bowl has its own unique taste and I like the fact that there are so many fresh toppings. This place was a treat when I was eating raw foods for a period of time. You can sub many of the ingredients as well. If you want a light snack or meal replacement, I highly recommend. Customer service is also great as well! The price is more expensive than chain smoothie places BUT I believe that also is because they aren’t using a lot of artificial sweetener, whey, and other fillers that big chains use. Worth the price in my opinion."
