"Went in the lab work and the waiting area and bathroom used for lab work was disgusting. It’s smelled like a sewer inside and clearly for 7am in the morning the restroom and waiting are was not cleaned. There was tissue on top of the tissue dispenser which I did not take a photo of and water all over the sink. I had to provide a urine sample and was extremely uncomfortable. Under staff but personnel was polite. People were waiting awhile not her fault."
