"My Tech Luis is the only reason I give 5 stars. He is first and for most on time! I had a tech who show up 2 hours after my appointment time! But Luis is patient, communicative, and understanding. He so professional and makes sure that I am comfortable during my imaging. I will be requesting Luis as my tech for all future procedures!"

"Today, I had a lumbar puncture. Going into this procedure, I was very nervous about the pain. Upon entering, we were greeted quickly and seen promptly. Luis was very kind and took me back. Explained how the procedure was going to go and relieved anxiety. The Dr. came in and explained the procedure and started making small talk. Asking random questions, and before I knew it, the procedure was over. I did not feel a thing. It was incredible. These people give less than 5 stars, I can not speak for them, but I'd say look at their other reviews because a lot of them are habitual complainers. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you, Rayus team!"

"I have had many MRIs at various facilities such as Simon Med, Vincon Diagnostics and Advent Health. I must say that my experience at Rayyus was the worst I have ever had. This facility in Winter Park is a law suit waiting to happen. Lilian at front office has the nastiest demeanor I have ever encountered in my life. The technician that tended to me looked like an ex convict that did not know what he was doing. My procedure is required contrast dye. He placed a tourniquet in my arm and proceeded to inject the dye directly into my vein while the tourniquet was tied? I literally had to tell him, you might want to loosen the tourniquet. I thought he was using the tourniquet to find my vein so that he can place the IV. NOPE, I was wrong. I have NEVER had contrast dye inserted directly in my arm without an IV let alone have anything tried to be administered with a tourniquet tightly in place. The rest of the procedure was a nightmare and the table was starting to get very hot. I wasn’t provided with an emergency call button so I couldn’t warn or call anyone. I was provided with no instructions on what to do if I had an emergency. The whole experience was just a nightmare. I had another appointment next week and I canceled. I’m too scared to be attended by them."
