"Extremely rude! They never answer the phone so how could I needed to print my order ? They way the lady said it was so mean. Then Phone rings and the other lady takes forever to walk slowly acts like she answers the phone and then presses a button. After emailing my order I come tell her I sent them and that I didn’t know about the printing the order because I call and is never an answer where she makes a mean face and shrugs. Another lady walks in , they call her in. Ok Finally she calls me to sign papers for my co-pay, when I see the price I said let me call my insurance to verify the price and she makes an upset face once again! At this point i wont spend any money or time on this unethical unprofessional place. Makes sense the bad reviews ."
"The staff were kind, but my main concern comes from the lack of options or recline or lay down while receiving blood work. I have Vasovagel and always pass out during blood work unless I am able to lie horizontal on a bed or exam table. I have used other labs such as Quest and they also have this option, even if I have to wait a little longer for it. Here I informed the nurses about my condition and they said they did not have an option to lay down. So I did my labs and I passed out, taking up the room for 20 minutes while I recovered instead of 5. The room was large, big enough for an exam table, so this is not an issue of space. This location needs to think about the safety of its patients with conditions like mine and provide at least one bed/exam table for blood draws."
"I am unsure as to where all these people are getting these bad front desk experiences. Maybe different people but the front desk ladies were so lovely! They were welcoming and very sweet. I will gladly go back to this labcorp."
"LaTricia is awesome. She gets you in, done & out efficiently and professionally. She's always pleasant and happy to see me. On the other hand, Angie takes forever to get you in & out. Too talkative about things that aren't related to patient care... Keep LaTricia!! She's why I come to this location! Thanks!"
"I was there for a walkin appt. There was a lady who was extremely rude who signed me in. I had received a text last week and it was the first time I had received one from Lab Corp in about 5 years since I moved. I no longer used their services. I went in their offices and was told that they didn't have the Drs paperwork? (Why did I receive their text?). Anyway, I called my Dr until they sent in the proper orders. Then the same lady had me go into the back to get my blood drawn. Since I have had this down monthly, I know the steps and informed her that she needed to get it from my hand...she looked at me and rudely said..."I was going to say How are you today!". She got quiet then pulled out the needle that they use for the arm draw and shoved it into my hand, she did not use the smaller butterfly needle that is used for the back of the hand. When she shoved it into my hand, she kept pulling it out and pushing it back in to other areas! When she thought she was done she pulled it out. Blood was still coming out of the site and she realized she needed to get more in another tube. She again pulled out another of the same needles (not the correct butterfly needles) and stabbed my hand about 1/2 inch beside the area she had just hit prior. I was sitting there trying to not show how much it was hurting me when she poked me again. I have had blood taken every month since I was 27 due to seizures. So we are talking about a lot of years!! I was not mean or ugly with her at all. I did not appreciate her attitude or her use of the incorrect needle. If she didn't have the correct needle, she should have informed me ahead of time. This lady should NOT be working with patients or have anything to do with customer service. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with her if she is in a bad mood if this is her normal attitude. I cannot believe that she is allowed to treat people in this way."
