"I had blood work at this location in September lost results, had blood work I December lost results, they have no record of me being there, because they wouldn't let me sign in. I've been going to this location for years, no problems until this year."

"I was impressed by how fast they were able process my need of blood work. I actually went to LabCorp 1st found out they are out of my network. Had to go to Quest walked in got a appointment, was taken earlier, and phlebotomist was great, I didn't even feel the pinch for the butterfly in my hand. Bravo for a professional atmosphere and job well done."

"Was supposed to get blood work done here but the customer service was so bad that I canceled and left. Lady with the short bob was a total witch to a customer asking how much longer it would be for another older woman that no one had checked in with to get her work done. She smiled like she was proud and said "that other other lady waited 2 hours". Not sure why someone would be happy about doing a poor job and making elderly women fast 2 hours longer than necessary but I will never return here after seeing someone spoken to that way."

"If I could give a 0, I would. This is my 1st time to Quest. I generally have labs completed at my PCP office. I scheduled an appointment in advance, arrived 10 minutes early as requested. There was 1 lady waiting who was frustrated because she had seen people come and go and her name was not called. She had waited over 20 minutes from her scheduled appointment and they had started a new sign in sheet, covering her name. I was the 2nd name on the new sign in sheet. I waited 40 minutes. Several times I was the only person in the waiting area. I asked on multiple occasions how far behind they were. I also looked at the sign in sheet. My appointment was before the others being called back. After the 3rd round of people that had entered and were called back before me I stood up and asked the technician why they were ignoring me and this wasn't fair. She came out and said I could come back, not even using my name. She had the other technician complete my labs. She requested my name and confirmed my appointment. No apology. They missed my name and called those that signed in after. Even the 3 times I asked how long it would be and was told a minute, no one asked my name. I will not go back here. I do not recommend this lab. Horrible way to start the day, very disorganized and rude."
