"Thank you, Brittany and Rafael! Brittany was so pleasant at registration. She was sweet and made me laugh. I needed to take medication prior to my MRI. The water fountain was pretty far away. Rafael, front desk, went somewhere and came back with a cup of ice water with a lid and found me in the waiting room, what a kind gestures, both. This speaks volumes about the great people and care you receive at the Advent Health Hospital Lake Wales. Thank you! Rafael Rafael and Advent."

"From the time I got there until the time I left it was a wonderful experience. The nurses did everything to make me and my wife as comfortable as possible. They knew I didn't like needles and all of them did everything they could to be as gentle as possible. I would highly recommend this hospital to go to!!!"

"On Wednesday 20 December 2023 at 1045 P.M. I was transported by ambulance to the Advent Health Center in Lake Wales. I do not remember everything as I arrived, however I remeber people working on me and being put on a ventilator. Everyone was polite and professional. I was very worried but the staff got my wife back to me as soon as possible. I was in the emergency room for a while. I was put in room 305 early in the morning. The nurses and staff was very professional and took good care of me. I met the doctor that morning and he was reassuring and confident. I also met the hospital cardiologist who was very knowledgable and he explained me situation very clearly. My room was clean and I had a wonderful view. The food was pretty good and the people who bought my meals to me were very nice. I have lodged some serious complaints about previous visits to Lake Wales Hospital in the recent past before advent health took over. In my opinion the place has went from a near third world experience to a very good hospital. This visit was not my choice and Advent Health in Lake Wales was the closest Hospital. I now would want to go to Lake Wales Hospital for any emergency. I also would like to say how much I enjoyed the prayer in the morning on the intercom. It really made me feel better. I am glad to be able to leave this review to let others know how good my visit was even though I dont like being in the hospital. Charlie Gates Lake Wales"

"As much as I don’t like visiting hospitals I equally don’t like overnights. The staff was very pleasant and really attentive to my needs and concerns. Dr Soto was thorough and honest in her response to any questions that I had. I believe she went the extra mile in my overall care. The telaneuro doctor, nurses, food service, imaging services, lab services, therapy everyone I came in contact with made my stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. My family and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you and God blessings to you all"

"Great nurses. Great staff! Sucked with how much they needed to draw my blood and how hard it was and how hard it was to get an IV in me and have it not blow my vein out, but despite that small ordeal, the food was good, nurses were really nice, the doctor was a bit scary at first but you could tell that he was stern because he cared.... other than that my room ended up haunted which was kinda freaky... the nurse saw what I saw and helped me to switch rooms which was very helpful and slightly more comforting.... Other than that, id highly recommend this hospital. They took good care of me and treated me very well"
