"Dr.Andrew Agbi, from the ER department has brought great harm to my family and my 5 month old boy. i brought my son to the ER because he was having Infantile spasms, cause from oxygen deprivation at birth from another Advent Heath hospital. the doctor didn't even look at my son, before turning his attention to me asking where his mother was and why did i have my son. and invading my personal space, at that point my son was crying and Dr.Andrew Agbi, told me they dont do EEG, I knew that is the only way to know if it Infantile spasms. since the ER would be of no use to my son i left and took my son to a good friends house whom teaches med-school and then to his pediatrician the next day and got a referral to a pediatric neurologist. I'm coming home to DCF at my door. Dr.Andrew Agbi, called DCF, said i was on drugs, and slurring my speech. the CPI wouldnt believe I was clean for nothing, I peed for her, she said it was to cold, and be whytndlfuorced a safety plan, it was Friday evening so over the weekend i got everything she required to return my son, put on her deck, and first thing Monday morning i went to her office and drug test in front of a male officer. all negative again. rked 2 months later DCF still has my son trying to TPR me and his mother, my son still hasnt been seen by a pediatric neurologist. and has declined quicky. because i went to lake wales Hospital ER for help because I was scared and didn't know to take him to Orlando. Dr.Andrew Agbi, could of informed me of that and discharged us. but no make me feel like im going to be attacked, and call DCF, yes i was probably slurring my words, I'm missing a lot of teeth, and i word all day in the sun, was tired. no one who is coming to a ER for help should ever be done that was, and provented me from getting my son help, that he needed in a timely manner. 2 months of Infantile spasms and counting. Time to Lawyer up it's my turn. i took and passed to drug tests with in 2 and 4 days of leaving the ER. Dr.Andrew Agbi, observation that i was on drugs, proven false. Great bodily harm has been cause by Dr.Andrew Agbi failure to treat a 5 month old boy and then stopped him from being seen by a real doctor all together. i won't have a problem finding a good lawyer. and to reality put icing on the cake, my son received a card from the staff as to rub in my familys face, that we went that for help to they did the worst thing any doctor could ever do."
