"First visit EVER - will NOT be the last. Miraculously - everyone is very helpful - but a noteworthy interaction with the manager, Paul, whose engagement was beyond my expectations. People here have a passion (although some misguided in believing some of the marketing - Canon fanboy lives matter - LOL) and it shows. I stopped by for a few minutes to delay enough to avoid some Columbus traffic in my eastbound travels - I stayed TWO hours.
