"I purchased a stove and refrigerator from this place. My freezer part of my refrigerator stopped working and he charged me to come out and didn’t fix it properly. I called back to let him know and he hung up on me and now he’s not answering for my number. W purchased my items March and it’s only September. He so called made repairs in August. Refrigerator is still leaking water. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE. The man is a rip off and unprofessional. I would pay more at Big John’s than dealing with him."

"Needed a Refrigerator right away,Tremont Appliances had a lot of nice refrigerators. I purchase one & ask can they removed the old one from my home, He said yes of course no problem. When they brought the refrigerator, He removed my door saying the doorway was to narrow.He got the refrigerator in & said oh I can't take the old 1,I was so upset I was stuck with 2 refrigerators for days,He put the door back up wrong,Couldn't lock my door for 3 days.I call numerous times ~ no response so, I decided to go back to the store,He agreed to come back & put the door back up (right).The refrigerator I have leak a little bit I'm finding myself mopping every other day.It sometimes makes creepy sounds to.I would never do any business with them again."

"Trash. Hit and miss. Refrigerator I bought from them didn't work properly. Gave me the run around about coming to fix it and never did. $200 gone down the river. Bought a new one from Sears outlet and placed the one from Tremont Appliance on the curb. Stove I bought from them has been remarkable though. There is NO refund policy. Will only fix appliance within $45 days. After that, it's between $45 to $100 for repair."
