"The Landmark Building was always clean pre-Ian. The tenant I visit tells me management is still waiting for monies from Insurance. They have begun to make minor repairs . Front entrance still not open. Access through back of building. It has always had one quirky size elevator and one normal size for a commercial business office building."

"This building, from an architectural standpoint, has a lot of potential. Unfortunately a lot of the windows are still covered up with water soaked particle board from hurricane Ian. There is internal water damage that has yet to be repaired as well. it's in the boarder of a really bad area. But the owners of the property do have well armed security for both inside and outside of the building. And they are not your Barney Fife security guards but they are very friendly and courteous. The interior of the building looks like it was plucked out of an old Mary Tyler Moore episode very '70s retro chic. Some easy cosmetic updates without an actual full remodel keeping the retro look would have these offices full of leasees doing business."
