"VERY unprofessional. I went to go see a unit she had listed and she waited until I was at the apartment on the day of and I called her only for her to tell me she would not be showing up. Did not respond to my emails unless I emailed twice. Waited 5 days to respond to my email only to tell me the unit was taken. DEFINITELY a scam. Took $45 for an application fee, sent me an example lease she could have downloaded off the internet... Whole thing is super sketchy and I would recommend finding someone else to rent from as you will do nothing but lose an application fee. UPDATE: She is upset because I, surprisingly, started looking for a different place when she never responded to my email asking to set up a tour of some kind :) UPDATE: Disregard her reply, I have no criminal record and followed up several times requesting a tour."
