"Absolutely HORRIBLE company to rent from. Rented a house 15 years ago and they go up $100+ every year. However, they don't come out to fix anything. They don't maintain the HVAC, they don't respond to issues we've had. There's sever water damage and walls are bubbling with water and they haven't done anything about it. They're kicking all of their residents out and selling their houses to First Key Homes and other reputable management companies. Owner is greedy and doesn't care. Trying to sell houses as is with horrible damage and that need new plumbing, water damage, new roofs etc. Be careful buying any houses from them as they dont maintain them!"
