"We recently rented Villa Tarpon Palms from Vacation Rentals Cape Cape Coral. The Villa was perfect and exactly as pictured and described. The lanai was awesome and the pool actually got warm unlike other rentals we've been to in the past. The pool has 2 heaters, 1 electric and 1 solar. The street is quiet for walking the dogs or riding bike on bike path which is directly in front of the house. We would rent this villa again in a minute and are really missing it now that we're back in Northern Illinois. Thank you VRCC!!"

"Villa Nouveau We spent two weeks in this beautiful villa in August 2023. Based on the pictures online, our expectations were quite high. But the Villa Nouveau exceeded our expectations and we felt at home from the first moment. The equipment of the villa left nothing to be desired and we did not lack anything. Particularly noteworthy is the cleanliness and modern furnishings. We found the possibility to use the pool whenever we wanted very pleasant. As usual, from the booking to the house briefing and the on-site support by VRCC was excellent. We were so satisfied that we immediately booked the next vacation with VRCC."

"We just completed an incredibly enjoyable 11-day stay at Villa Ibis. The house was perfect, the pool was so relaxing, and the patio view of the canal was absolutely amazing. There was so much wildlife to see from the patio. The neighborhood was quiet, yet close enough to everything we needed - restaurants, stores and the beaches. Our vacation was absolutely perfect!"

"Our family had a great time at Villa Palm Garden! We stayed four nights in August 2023. There were only four of us but the number of bedrooms and bathrooms available would make this house very comfortable for a larger group. While there were some things around the house that could use a little TLC, they were all small problems and nothing that negatively impacted our stay (loose handles, a couple light bulbs out, that type of thing). Beds were firm and linens were comfortable, plenty of towels and pool towels around. The kayaks and boat lift were awesome! We spent almost all of our time out by the pool, which is the big selling feature for this rental. We had some trouble the first night with the remote panel for the spa not working, but Tanya from the property management company was great and got someone out to replace the panel and let us know we could use the main controls at the side of the house to manually operate the spa in the meantime, which was fine by us. I would have no hesitation staying at this property or renting from VRCC in the future."

"We had an amazing time! Such amazing memories were made at such a beautiful home! The staff with VRCC made the process smooth and welcoming. Sharron had some nice ambiance music playing when we arrived. And Josh gave us some great info about Cape Coral, the restaurants and the water in the area. Highly recommend!!"
