"Over the years I have bought/sold more than 15 properties. The ONLY realtor I would use again (and have used twice) is Lorraine Bryner. She took the time to really listen to what I was seeking, and then she searched until she found the one which met all my criteria. But she went beyond just finding me my dream home. She really helped me relocate to Cape Coral and introduced me to the restaurants and activities unique to this city to help me start my life here. I wish all realtors were like her."
"Agree with the rest here. We experienced HORRIBLE service from our agent, Lorraine Bryner. Lorraine did the final walkthrough on the home and stated everything was great and just needed "broom cleaning". The house was an absolute mess with hundreds of live cockroaches everywhere. Every kitchen drawer and cabinet was loaded with roach feces, dead and live roaches and roach egg sacks. All appliances were also filled with the same. How she failed to see any of this beyond comprehension, as you would have had to have been blind not to notice. Also, her own appointed cleaning lady stated the house was an utter disaster and mess when she went to clean (which also was a pathetic job - do NOT use Margie Farmer's cleaning service). Lorraine also crossed some gray areas when dealing with the seller of the house. I will be filing a complaint against her and the broker for some 'shaky' dual agent activities and also a lawsuit to cover the emergency pest control, total home clean up and time me and my fiance had to stay in a hotel because the house was uninhabitable. Stay far, far away from this group, this individual and find yourself a more reputable broker in the area. Addendum - it's funny that up until my post, not ONE person over the last 2 years mentioned what a great realtor Lorraine Bryner is/was, but within a few days of a negative post they all come out of the woodwork. Certainly looks like a targeted campaign to make Lorraine and/or Nautical 'look good'. Oddly, Lorraine left Nautical directly after our home sale. How odd....What I failed to mention up top was that my fiance and I worked with Lorraine for 2 years on finding a home. Lorraine was always great to work with and someone we considered a friend (in fact, she was recommended by a mutual friend). However, the events leading up to the closing of our new home are very tell-tale of the person you will be dealing with. Lorraine turned a blind eye to an obvious roach infestation (every place you can imagine in the kitchen was filled with roach feces, eggs, dead and live roaches. I have the videos and pictures of the night we took possession to prove it. I also have the testimony of the pest control technician who came out, as well as the cleaning person Lorraine herself recommended, that will state what an obvious mess the home was. Certainly not the home my fiance offered on, and certainly enough of a mess that ANY good realtor with working eyes would have seen. Lorraine failed at her most basic responsibiilty as a realtor, and that is to work in her client's best interest....not the best interest of the seller, who Lorraine seemed to chum up to once the negotiations started getting to the end. Prior to getting approval to talk directly with the seller, Lorraine was clearly on our side. Once she started one on one negotiations through the seller (and not his agent) her loyalties certainly wavered. So yes, at some point I guess I could have said that Lorraine was great, I guess up until it really mattered and she should have taken her job the most serious, which is when she clearly did not act in a professional or responsible matter."
"We started working with Lorraine over a year ago when my husband got a transfer. Lorraine was patient and knowledgeable about the Cape Coral area. Our transfer fell through and Lorraine was so supportive. We are again being transferred and Lorraine was right there when we ready to look for our dream home. Lorraine is an old school realtor who gives the personnel touch not anything like the internet realtors of today that let you do all the work and show up at settlement. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to relocate to Florida."
"My wife and I used Lorraine Bryner to get our new home. Lorraine was professional and went out of her way to assist us. We looked a number of homes until we found the right one. She was with us from start to finish. Great work and would look to her again if needed."
"Last August we arranged to come to Cape Coral looking for a home to buy. We met Lorraine Bryner from Nautical Realty Group. She ways professional, always on time and cheerful. She is very organized, efficient and detail oriented. Truly a pleasure to deal with. We worked with her for a couple of weeks and had to go back up north. About two weeks later we called to check on one of the homes that we looked at and she looked it up and it was still available. With her expertise we closed on the home within a month. After the sale she also helped with recommendation of local businesses and things to do. I would highly recommend her for your realtor needs."
