"Outstanding."
"My husband and I were working with Sarah Chido on a property in Bokeelia, Florida. She is a conscientious and dedicated agent. She instinctively knew what we needed and wanted. Her response to any question and concern was immediate. Sarah took care of all the details and made the closing of our property an easy transaction. Thank you Sarah!"
"Dishonest, Negligent, and Unprofessional My first impression of Sarah Chido was of a lovely young woman with a bubbly, positive personality. Little did I know that that was just a facade. While she was smiling to my face, she was failing/neglecting to follow through with any of the stipulations we discussed to protect my interests as the buyer. Sarah had only two critical tasks to follow through as my buyers agent: 1. Have repairs made to the electrical wiring and vapor barrier under my house that were exposed in the inspection. And: 2. Make sure the sellers left the house vacant except for two pieces of LR furniture the sellers asked to leave behind. Sarah failed/neglected to do either item. As I was still living in the house I was selling in Bradenton, I was led to believe that everything was being taken care of. I got the keys at closing on Jan 6th. When I walked into my new house, the sellers had left me an unbelievably filthy house full all the junk they didn’t want in every room, closet, cabinet, and drawer - a house full of furniture, foodstuffs, dirty laundry, the list is long and it’s all junk. The sellers took their beds and TVs and left the rest behind. It has taken me many days of work to get the garbage out that they left behind. From the day we closed, Sarah became hard to reach. I’ve had to ask her several times if the repairs were done. She kept putting me off and blaming the inspector for not getting the work done. She had from Nov 28th to Jan 6th closing to get the inspection items done, and as of Feb 12th, still had failed to do so. As an example of how she thinks, she left me a message on February 9th, 5 weeks after closing, that she was going to crawl under the house herself with a roll of duct tape to repair the damage underneath, which was absurd and unprofessional - and still leaving the electrical panel repairs undone. Finally, I had to threaten to file a formal complaint with the Real Estate Commission (I plan to) before she told me that the inspector was still responsible - which was not true - and that I needed to follow up with him to get the repairs made. She has lied to me, lied to others, passed the buck to someone else or failed in every case where she had responsibility. Beware of this wolf in sheep’s clothing. In my case, she has made this move to my new home a most miserable experience. Saturday, Feb 27th. Since my original review, I have learned from the sellers that Sarah Chido (my agent) told them that they could leave everything but their beds. They said that Sarah lied to them also. If you want a realtor who will lie to you and follow none of conventional, professional practices, then list your house with this company. Just be prepared to do everything yourself to protect your own interests. This company will not do that for you."
"Teresa Zanella is unprofessional and rude. We won't be recommending you to any Florida family or friends."
