"Kelly Perkins is the worst real estate agent ever! She is a veteran and my husband is too but she screwed him over. Per military standards, he is your brother. She failed to let him know about the 3 days he had to rescind his offer after receiving the HOA's rules. When he confronted her via email she retorted with you signed this document and that document... He was a first time home buyer!! On a VA loan too. Like she couldn't of reiterated the 3 days he had. Nope. WE WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THIS HOME! She knew that. Now we have a whirlwind of problems with the HOA that could have avoided. Sending their attorney after us and threatening going to court. But hey, she got her commission. I sent her an email and of course I received no response. Thanks a lot Kelly!!"
