"DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They are very unprofessional and as you can see from other reviews very money hungry. They will find any way possible to get money out of you. We were tenants 2022/2023 and we are cutting our lease short due to us not wanting to deal with anymore. The company they use for water utilities is worse as well. Maria called for a plumber when I didn’t not ask nor complain about any leaks, the following month my water bill was $200.00, the next month it was up $500.00. My original bill has always been between $60.00-$70.00. We never complained or had issuers with our water bill until she sent that plumber. Now we are leaving and they are charging us the water bill even though those leaks were not our fault nor could be found. They are very complicated people to deal with. I would not recommend them to anyone ever! Milagros is complicated to talk to and very rude. If Maria doesn’t deal with it she sends Milagros to handle her dirty work. Don’t waist your time with these people."

"i was 4 days late on my rent this lady had me served a 5 day notice… (during covid) after i told her i’ll get her money .. we called her right away gave her the money the next day two weeks later we gave the following month and she still has a C-fiction sitting on my record when I was not evicted very very bad serviced .. oh and sold it 2 days after we moved out"

"Milagros Coro was HORRID. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I don’t usually leave negative reviews. HOWEVER this lady was the most unprofessional agent I have ever worked with. She put the listing up without a sellers disclosure. 3 days into the listing and being interested in the residence, when my agent asked for the disclosure again she said, if we wanted to put an offer in she’d send the sellers disclosure. She was VERY rude, and her response time was literally MAYBE once a day. She didn’t even have the listing on the right MLS. If you are a seller, or a buyer, do not go through her."

"If I could I would give zero stars I would my experience with this company 2017/2018 was a horrible experience. Maria G. the owner/broker treats her tenants with a degree of nastiness and is very money hungry . The unit she moved me into the carpet was filthy upon move in and the unit was full of roaches. When I asked her about the carpet she states she had cleaned the carpet twice yet it was still filthy and damaged. After moving out of one of her unit that she property manages l left the place in a clean condition with normal wear and tear on an already damaged carpet. Once I moved out she took my deposit claiming damages to carpet and cabinets. Long story short I took her to court to get my deposit back and I won! Because I did not damage the unit. The carpet was damaged before I moved in and the cabinets were so old and had never been changed out. She tried to charge me for already damaged things. I had the worst experience with this company Mega Realty International."
