"I waited a number of years to write this review because I wanted to be sure that it was reasonable, and not guided by my initial feelings about how my hearing turned out. I truly believe that this judge has horrible “judge”ment, to say the least. I would recommend anyone AVOID having their case heard by this judge. I could not even tell if my attorney did a good job or not, because it was clear that my judge came into the hearing with his decision made. Which also means I paid for a pointless hearing. My child’s father had only met his child supervised a handful of times BY CHOICE. He had a history of drug addiction. He ordered that I drop my son off at state lines to be taken for the remainder of the summer without any “step-up” plan or any way for him to prove some responsibility. The very first, (and only visit he has ever had with him BY CHOICE), my son was in a four wheeling accident with his father in which he was wearing no helmet. My son was 5 at the time. It has been 4 years since that summer, and his father has not shown any consistency, and has relapsed and struggled with his addiction ever since. Aside from my sons potential for emotional trauma, he could have been killed by lack of judgment or by being in a vehicle with someone under the influence. It only takes one mistake for a serious accident to happen. I don’t believe this judge makes decisions based on the best interest of the child. The whole experience seemed very unconventional to me. I am not going to add to the conspiracy of other reviews and agree that he is payed off. But I will say that I would not be surprised. This judge making decisions for children is absolutely dangerous, and can make any parent or caregiver lose faith in a system that is supposed to be in place to protect and enforce. If you must cross this judges path as an attorney or caregiver, my heart goes out to you and any dependent who may be involved."

"Dear Judge Carlin; You failed an honorable man with years of public service who was extremely shocked and devistated by a premeditated attempted murder on his life by his very unethical astranged X wife Katherine Kleinmann. You even allowed her to obscond with an inheritance (she planned to steal) that was in no way earmarked for her leaving me completely with nothing. I don't find you honorable and you are a disgrace to the BAR. Dear X: Sure you changed the password on our mutual joint account on the day you went in to get your divorce papers. You knew I had no other accounts. You knew that every day I worked in pain from a collision I was victimized by well before we met. I believe the only reason you married me was because through the accident and some savings my house was paid in full. You liked the dependable monthly income it brought us while the boys were growing up. Did you know that taking all the cash for yourself which included my private inheritance from "my aunt Rose" left me having to fight hard to get the house back because the buyer finally wasn't paying the mortgage on the over125 year old house. Did you know that when I finally got it back the house was in shambles with all the pipes, electric wires central AC unit and pipes gone to be scrapped by street bums and/ or crack addicts and that the bathroom and laundry room floors were totally missing along with the sub flooring due to the house being empty, & neglected with a pipe broken? Your carelessness in being equitable by any means much more than fell short and you really put this elderly highly effected man (father of your children) through a world of Hell. But you did not succeed in getting your main objective: the 100K insurance policy on my life. You were sure your scheme would kill me so you could get that too. But you know what? All your self centered premeditated plans to destroy me have only turned out to become karma working against you. You have finally proved to God and everyone what you are and the final truth is that sweetie: "YOU PLAYED YOURSELF..." Not knowing how much I would have made sure that together we'd both be completely secure in our golden years you blindly through self-centered greed took much more than your entitled fair share. Knowing although I had good income working as a skilled blue collar worker my retirement is perhaps one forth of yours as your more than 30 years being a retired school teacher that I'm still wondering why you were so compelled to put me through all this? My only conclusion is that you allowed Satan to have your soul... A marriage should be a fifty fifty proposition and with income from my house and years worked into our joint account and your selfishly stealing every bit of that & your living in gated communities while I had to work with bleeding fingers to make my shack livable without access to my half of the proper funds that I needed to reconstruct you have bought this karma to yourself. He said legally insufficient by won't allow any evidence? I have hours and hours of videos of him screaming at me charging at me Yet I'm denied even a hearing"
