"Kim was there for us every step of the way as our realtor. She consistently went above and beyond to not only help us find our dream home but was also our emotional support throughout the process. We fell in love with a house and put in an offer below asking because we felt it was more then we wanted to spend. We got into a bidding war and ended up losing the house. We were absolutely crushed. A month later, Kim told us well in advance she was going out of town but she could arrange for us to see something if needed while she was gone. Of course this is when our real dream home came on the market. Many realtors would have just said well too bad I'm out of town we can schedule something when I get back. Not Kim! She called the agent and let him know the situation and he showed us the house. If he wouldn't show us, she was going to have another agent show it while she was gone. Kim submitted our offer and there were three other offers the first day being on market. We got the house! Then came the inspection and I was very anxious. Kim supported me and made me feel comfortable as we were reviewing everything. I was doing good until there was a leak from the second story bathroom tub into the guest room. Kim immediately notified the realtor and home owners and kept everyone informed about the repair. I was a mess thinking it was a red flag and didn't know what to do. Kim kept assuring me these types of things can happen and that is why you get an inspection. We ended up with the appraisal coming in at their asking price and we lowered our original offer to asking. We were ecstatic we went in above asking to secured our home and only paid asking price! Kim was there for us throughout the entire process and my own emotional roller coaster of buying a new home. If you want a realtor who will be there for you on more then just filling out paperwork, Kim is your girl! This was my second home purchase and I felt like I was her only client because she was so responsive!The realtor on my first home just put his name on the paperwork and took forever to respond. Buying a home is stressful enough, let Kim handle the work while you focus on your dream home. Not only will you have an awesome realtor, but you will gain a new friend!"
